This event is for post-secondary students who are currently enrolled in any engineering discipline at the University of Calgary. Consulting engineers from a range of disciplines ( Structural/Bridge Design, Wastewater, Geotechnical, Electrical, Acoustical etc.) will be presenting to students. The presentations will cover education, career paths, and primarily focus on what their role as a consulting engineer entails. This includes discussion on day-to-day work, previous/current projects, and challenges. In addition, students have the opportunity to network with various consulting engineering professionals and listen to their experiences as consultants.

Registration includes light snacks and beverages.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a partial refund, a request for cancellation must be received by email at finance@cea.ca prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be provided after the refund cut-off date of the event. To avoid disappointment, early registration for activities is encouraged as space may be limited.

Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

CEA has the right to cancel an activity due to low attendance, a full refund will then be offered.
