Overview

Are you an experienced professional ready to lead a talented team in our thriving branch in Prince Rupert? If so, we have a great opportunity for you as our Prince Rupert Branch Manager. This will be the centre of tremendous industrial growth over the next several years. 

The incumbent will lead a talented team of professional and technical staff skilled in the fields of survey, engineering, environmental and material testing in our busy location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter with excellent leadership, technical proficiency, business development, project management, and client management capabilities.

While working collaboratively with neighbouring branches in a strong team environment, the Branch Manager will also be responsible for contributing to branch and regional strategic planning, controlling branch budgets and scopes, as well as development of new and existing business, marketing of the branch’s services, and liaising with clients on project matters.  Training will be provided as needed, under the experienced guidance of Selena Wilson, Colin Adam, and the nearby branch managers.

Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Possess a professional accreditation in a field applicable to our Prince Rupert market (e.g. survey, engineering, biology etc.)
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in consulting
  • Demonstrated success in business development and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Strong professional skills in your field of practice
  • Substantial project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and budget
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team and work well in a team environment; prior supervisory or management experience is a definite asset
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

This role is designated as a safety sensitive position.
