CEA’s Transportation Connects Alberta, is a two-day conference, which celebrates the significant socio-economic return on transportation investments in the Province of Alberta.

The conference will provide an excellent networking opportunity, bringing together leaders and innovators from policymakers, owners, builders and engineers to explore the emerging technologies and partnerships that will enable clean, efficient and accessible transportation systems. The conference will explore advancements in transportation efficiency, accessibility, safety, environment, and community across the transportation infrastructure that connect Albertans and grow Alberta's economy.

Cost (+gst): $1,850 +gst (maximum 2 booths per company)
  Tradeshow registration fees includes:     
  • 10’ x 10’ carpeted booth in Hall D OR Hall D Foyer (includes one 6' skirted table & with two chairs) 
  • 3’ pipe & drape side walls & 8’ pipe & drape for the back wall/ 7’ pipe and drape for internal booths
  • Power outlet (1500 watts, 15 amp, 120 volt outlet) & wifi
  • Two full delegate passes with access to:​
    • Pre-Conference Sunday Mixer at CRAFT Beer Market @ 7:00 pm. 
    • Plenary Sessions
    • Breakout Forums
    • Breakfasts, Lunches, Coffee Breaks & Dinner

Allocation of Exhibitor Booth Space

Each exhibitor registering for the tradeshow is required to fill in their top three choices for booth location into the online form. Please see the tradeshow area map displaying the floor plan. Please note the booths are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and conference organizers reserve the right to assign all booth spaces at their discretion. 

Exhibitor Confirmation

Once your tradeshow registration is received, our system will automatically send you a confirmation. CEA will then email a follow-up confirmation containing the booth number that you are assigned within three business days. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call CEA @ 780-699-4540.

Upon receiving the confirmation email please provide the following information to Cortney Goldade by filling out the information here by Friday, January 24, 2025 to be used in the App and collateral at the conference. 

  1. High resolution logo in JPEG and PNG formats 
  2. Company description (100 words max.)
  3. Website address 
  4. Company phone number and email address
  5. Optional: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
  6. Exhibitor Passport Game question & answer (Question: 2000 characters max, Answer: 1 word recommended, 32 characters max (No Spaces)

Exhibitor Passport Game 

Delegates can participate in a trivia game where delegates must visit each booth to receive the answer. Delegates who complete the Exhibitor Game on the APP are eligible for a $500 Visa Gift Card. Please provide your company’s question and answer/passcode when filling out your tradeshow information. CEA will live stream results of the participation throughout the conference.

Tradeshow Booth Draws Announced

Any exhibitor providing a booth prize may have their company name and winner’s name announced before lunch on Tuesday, March 4. There is a limit of one prize announcement per booth per draw. In order to have the winner’s name announced, the exhibitor must complete the form that will be provided on your tradeshow table during setup. The exhibitor must complete the form and return it to the registration desk by 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 4. If the winner does not claim their prize, exhibitors are asked to connect with the draw winner. CEA is not responsible for ensuring winners receive their prize.

Security

The Convention Centre will secure the area of the tradeshow areas when the tradeshow is not open as per Exhibition Hall hours. The venue cannot be responsible or liable for items left at your tradeshow booth at any time. Please ensure that you do not leave your valuable equipment unattended at your booth. The Convention Centre are not able to determine who should and should not be adding or taking items from the tradeshow area.

Photos Disclaimer

Photographs could be taken at today’s event. By taking part in this event you grant Consulting Engineers of Alberta full rights to use the images resulting from the photography at this event. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in Consulting Engineers of Alberta’s printed and online publicity and social media.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a partial refund, a request for cancellation must be received by email at finance@cea.ca prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be provided after the refund cut-off date of the event. To avoid disappointment, early registration for activities is encouraged as space may be limited.

Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

Substitutions are welcome. Please contact the CEA office with any changes: finance@cea.ca or 780-421-1852.

CEA has the right to cancel an activity due to low attendance, a full refund will then be offered
